Marriage Bureau – Fee & Refund Policy
At our Marriage Bureau, we provide professional matrimonial services to help individuals and families find suitable marriage proposals. Before registering or purchasing any paid service, please carefully read and understand our fee and refund policy.
1. Registration & Service Fee
The registration fee and any other service charges paid to our Marriage Bureau are non-refundable once the payment has been successfully received.
2. No Refund Policy
All fees paid to the Marriage Bureau are strictly non-refundable, regardless of whether a suitable proposal is found, accepted, rejected, delayed, or the member chooses not to continue using the service.
3. Service Availability
Payment of a fee provides access to our agreed matrimonial services. It does not guarantee that a member will receive a proposal, accept a proposal, or get married.
4. Proposal Matching
Our team makes reasonable efforts to identify suitable matches based on the information, preferences, and requirements provided by the member. However, the availability and suitability of proposals may vary.
5. Member Cancellation
If a member voluntarily cancels their registration, stops using our services, changes their mind, or does not respond to proposals, the amount already paid will not be refunded.
6. Change of Personal Preferences
Changing age preference, location, education, profession, family requirements, or other matrimonial preferences does not create any right to a refund.
7. Non-Transferable Fee
Paid membership or service fees are generally non-transferable to another person unless specifically approved by the Marriage Bureau in writing.
8. Duplicate or Multiple Payments
If a payment is accidentally made more than once for the same service, the member should immediately contact our management with proof of payment. Any adjustment will be reviewed according to our payment procedures.
9. Third-Party Payment Charges
Where applicable, payment gateway, bank, or transaction charges may be deducted or may remain non-refundable according to the applicable payment provider’s terms.
10. Misrepresentation or Incorrect Information
Members are responsible for providing accurate and truthful information. Providing incorrect, incomplete, or misleading information does not create a right to a refund.
11. Membership Suspension or Termination
If an account is suspended or terminated because of violation of our terms, inappropriate behavior, fraudulent information, or misuse of our services, no refund will be issued for fees already paid.
12. Marriage or Engagement
If a member becomes engaged, married, or otherwise decides to stop using our services after payment, the paid fee remains non-refundable.
13. Service Guarantee
Our Marriage Bureau provides a matching and introduction service only. We do not guarantee marriage, engagement, acceptance of a proposal, or a specific number of proposals.
14. Payment Confirmation
Members should keep their payment receipt, transaction ID, or other proof of payment for their records.
15. Management Decision
Any exceptional payment-related request will be reviewed by the Marriage Bureau management according to our applicable policies. Management’s decision regarding discretionary exceptions will be communicated to the member.
Important Notice
By making a payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted this Refund & Paid Fee Policy. Once the payment has been successfully processed, the fee is non-refundable.
